大肠杆和呼吸道病怎么样预防更好些！发现死亡

我的鸡已经10天了，我知道主要预防大肠和呼吸道病，但是用药方面遇到困难，不知道什么药好点，也不知道给鸡创造什么样的条件不爱得这类病，所以求助大家，谢谢大家提出宝贵意见，鸡雏10日龄，网上饲养，8千8百只，最近几天发现10多只都是呼吸困难导致死亡（憋死的，喘气费劲），嘴里有黏液，死亡后是仰壳的，有人说是营养过盛，请大家帮忙分析一下，出此类情况多发什么病。谢谢。

jianyi 建议用替米考星治疗气囊炎.这阶段应防止求虫,法式囊,用黄芪多糖,+效果明显的头孢,氧氟,磷霉素等
